Impacts of distance learning on education in the field of chef-waiter

TITLE: Impacts of distance learning on education in the field of chef- waiter ABSTRACT Diplom thesis deals with the distance learning of the practical training on the secondary vocational schools in the extraordinary epidemiological time between year 2020 - 2021. Thesis responds to the situation in the Czech schools during the Covid 19 pandemic, when it was introduced the online learning not only in the Elementary and High Schools but also at the Universities. The reason for that was the limitation of spreading the disease. Thesis has two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part are described the anti - epidemic measures, which have been put into praxis on the basis of government regulations. Furthermore, the teoretical part sumarizes the results of available research dealing with distance learning. One of the main topics will be focused on the course of the final examinations in the branch chef - waiter, this topic was much discussed because of the absence the educational practice. In the theoretical part, therefore, I also focus on practical training and final exams. Physics teaching at elementary schools as a basis of specialized education at secondary vocational school

The thesis describes the use of professional examples from plumbing practice in teaching physics. The theoretical part describes the educational field of physics and physics education. There is also created a content and didactic analysis of teaching physics at primary school in terms of vocational subjects in the field of Plumber. The focus of the practical part is to create electronic teaching materials and teaching aids with a focus on the Plumber apprenticeship. It is then investigated how pupils and teachers evaluate the use of professional examples in their lessons and homework.

Motivation of students and university graduates to study secondary vocational schools

This diploma thesis deals with the motivation of university graduates and students to study at a secondary vocational school and their use of selected fields in work and personal life. In the thesis, I pay attention to the origin of factors influencing the choice of education, such as their family, the usability of gained knowledge at work and in everyday life, and supplementing practical skills in their field of work. The theoretical chapter introduces the reader to the theoretical background on which the research and its outputs are based, namely the theory of sociology of professions, the process of professionalization, the theory of social constructivism, and the phenomenon of a crisis of 'office' work causing a transition to manual work. The theoretical basis is supplemented by the historical development and the current situation in education in the Czech Republic. As a method of answering the research questions was chosen an analysis of semi-structured qualitative interviews, which were supported by an analysis of quantitative data collected through questionnaires. Education of Prisoners Serving Their Term in the Vinařice Prison and Their Motivation and Attitude to Education

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of education of the prisoners serving their term in the Vinařice prison. The theoretical part focuses on a brief introduction into the issue of imprisonment in the Czech Republic and penitentiary education in relation to the education of prisoners. It describes the educational and employment possibilities for those serving their term, where it presents current possibilities of education and employment of prisoners and their chances on the job market. The thesis then focuses on the description of the Vinařice prison, their work with prisoners, the sections for prisoners inside the prison and their educational and employment possibilities for prisoners. Following this the thesis describes the activity of the vocational school that operates in the Vinařice prison. It talks in detail about the specifics of education in this school, the school's educational programs, the characteristics of the students and the current employment rate of the graduates from the programs in category E. Zkušenosti žáků s užíváním alkoholu na SOU tradičních řemesel

The bachelor thesis deals with alcohol use consumption in Czech vocation students. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of alcohol, the influence of alcohol on health especially in adolescence, parents influence on adolescent´s attitudes toward alcohol. It is also focused on alcohol addiction, its stage, treatment and therapy and possible prevention at school. The aim of the practical part is to investigate student´s experiences with alcohol consumption, the age at which they first try alcohol, their parents pattern and the possibility of communicating about family problems, and whether students had any preventative activity during the schooling. The data are collected using a questionnaire survey. The obtained data are evaluated by basic statistical procedures and the final results are presented in text form, numerical expression and graphical representation.
